Young Living Essential Oils

In addition to using the oils to “condition” the air in my office, I use them for various “medicinal” purposes such as relief of congestion, headaches, upset stomach, and many others.  I also use some of the essential oils for cooking at home.

In addition to the oils, Young Living carries a number of nutritional products.  One in particular is NingXia Red.  I drink NingXia Red every morning.  It is an all natural drink made primarily from organically grown wolfberries.  It is very high in anti-oxidants, in fact, it is higher on the S-ORAC scale for anti-oxidant activity than any other product I’ve come across.  There are many other products on their web site, however, I have not had the chance to personally work with all of them.
